Yoga nidra is a magical practice that will help you discover your equilibrium in a world of stress. The centuries old meditative practice will calm the nervous system, help you move through a sleepless pattern or solve a dilemma. It will deepen the discovery of the world within you and bring expansion beyond your boundaries. If you are a yoga teacher, understanding yoga nidra can be an asset and will add a dimension to your class. We will also practice some simple hatha and yin yoga floor postures to begin the afternoon of unwinding. The workshop is both informative and restorative.
